- Brief solo bajo NDA

For challenge owners
Internal approval kit
Everything you need to get your company's sign-off in a single meeting: what it is, what you gain, what you expose and how much time it takes. Forward it, copy it or save it as a PDF.
The summary for your boss or committee
- What it is
- A 120-minute in-person table, under a confidentiality agreement, with founders, investors and biotech ecosystem leaders who read the brief before arriving. No pitching: the company brings a concrete decision and a map of 3 to 5 key hypotheses, and the table puts them to the test.
- What we gain
- Knowing which hypotheses to reject, modify or add before investing in the decision; qualified contacts to keep the conversation going; and an honest outside view from people who aren't selling us anything.
- What we expose
- Only what we approve in writing. The public page carries the title, the general context, the decision and the hypotheses, in the version we sign off. Only people who signed the confidentiality agreement receive the full brief.
- What it takes
- About 5 hours of the owner's time over ~10 weeks (breakdown below). No new decks: the material is built in the 2 refinement sessions.
- What we control
- We can exclude competitors from the table, giving a reason. The challenge's close-out is private by default: we decide whether anything is shown, and what.
Is your challenge right for a table?
It's in if it meets all three conditions. If one is missing, we don't say no: we send back how to reframe it.
- There's a concrete decision to make
It can be written as «Decide whether X or Y before [date]». «We want ideas» isn't a decision yet.
- There's an owner who can make it
Whoever signs it off or formally recommends it, with name and title, and ~5 hours over 10 weeks.
- An outside table can shed light on it
The uncertainty is outside: customers, market, technology, regulation. An internal conflict isn't for the table.
We reply within 5 business days.
How much time it takes
If you're the owner: about 5 hours spread over ~10 weeks. Almost all of it is asynchronous.

The 4 rules that protect your company
- Nothing goes public without your OK
The page only goes live with your written approval of the final version. Until then, it doesn't exist for anyone.
- Brief only under NDA
Anyone who hasn't signed the confidentiality agreement sees the public page and nothing else.
- You choose the table
You can exclude competitors or specific people, giving a reason.
- The close-out is yours
The map review is private by default. You decide whether we share anonymous figures or a summary with your name.
