Confianza

Empresa, founders, científicos, inversores, referentes y organizadores.

Modelo v1.0 · octubre 2026. No reemplaza asesoramiento legal.

Qué dice el acuerdo, en seis puntos

Trust

What is said at the table stays at the table.

Bringing a real challenge takes trust. That is why every Anti-Pitch starts with a non-disclosure agreement signed by everyone at the table, before the company says a word.

Everyone signs

Company, founders, scientists, investors, ecosystem leaders and organisers. Nobody sits at the table without signing.

Before we start

Signed when participation is confirmed, on paper or electronically. A short model in plain language, designed for 120-minute sessions.

Nothing is recorded

No audio, no video, no photos of materials. The organiser keeps a minimal record: date, city, participants and general topic.

The table rule

What is said may be used. Who said it and who it was about may not. That keeps feedback honest and the company protected.

It is the same model we sign at every session. Read it beforehand, show it to your legal team and, if your company has its own NDA, we use that one.

What the agreement says, in six points

  1. Clear scopeProtects the challenge and everything the company shares about it, before, during and after the session.
  2. Limited useInformation is used only to take part and give feedback. No publishing it or loading it into tools that retain data.
  3. Attribution ruleGeneral learnings may be shared; the company, the challenge and the speaker are never identified.
  4. The feedback is yoursIdeas raised at the table are given in good faith and free of charge. The company uses them freely.
  5. No obligation to do businessNobody is bound to invest, contract or partner. There is no exclusivity either.
  6. Two yearsObligations last two years from the session, and trade secrets for as long as they remain secret.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my company's NDA instead of this one?

Yes. If your company has its own agreement, we share it with participants when the table is confirmed. If it is stricter than ours, yours prevails.

Who signs for the organisers?

Anti-Pitch and, where there is one, the city's local organiser. They take on the same obligations as any participant.

What happens to the ideas raised at the table?

They are good-faith feedback: the company may use them without compensation. A participant who wants to propose a collaboration does so separately and in writing.

What if someone breaches it?

They are responsible for their own breach. The company may demand that disclosure stop and claim damages under applicable law.

Got a challenge for the table?

Submit it in two minutes. We refine it together before the session and the agreement is signed before we start.
